Certified Grief Counselor • Death Doula • Lifelong student of grief

I didn’t necessarily choose grief work. In many ways, grief chose me.

After the loss of my son, Isaac, my life changed in ways I could never have understood beforehand. Grief became something I didn’t just study or talk about... it became something I had to learn to live inside of.

Over time, that experience led me toward work I never imagined would become such a meaningful part of my life. I became a certified grief counselor and death doula, with a desire to support people through loss, anticipatory grief, end-of-life transitions, and the complicated emotions that can come with all of it.

My approach to grief is deeply personal. I don’t believe grief needs to be fixed, rushed, or made more comfortable for other people. I believe it needs space. I believe people need permission to say the things they’re afraid to say, feel what they actually feel, and move through loss in a way that is honest for them.

Sacred Arc was born from that belief.

Through the podcast, I share real conversations about grief, love, anger, guilt, faith, relationships, identity, survival, and what it means to continue living after someone you love is gone. Some episodes come from my professional training. Many come from lived experience. Most come from both.

Before this work, I built my career in wellness as a licensed esthetician and yoga instructor, and I’ve always been drawn to helping people feel cared for, grounded, and seen. Sacred Arc became a natural extension of that work, only now the care reaches into the places that aren’t always visible.

I don’t pretend to have all the answers about grief.

What I do know is how isolating it can feel, how complicated love can become after loss, and how powerful it is when someone finally says, “I understand.”

Sacred Arc is for anyone carrying grief, loving someone who is grieving, facing the end of life, or simply trying to understand what happens to us after loss changes everything.

You don’t have to do it alone.
